The art gallery of Palazzo Cini
The art gallery of Palazzo Cini was built in 1984, it is an elegant house-museum and safeguards a prestigious collection of ancient art belonged to one of the most important collector of Italian ‘900: Vittorio Cini (1885-1977). From 8° of April to 15° of November 2016 will host a unmissable exhibition for art lovers. The private collection of Cini about Venetian artists will be showed for the first time to the general public. This collection has inestimable value artworks. You can admire the masterpieces of Crivelli, Tiziano, Lotto, Guardi, Cataletto, Cariani, Licino and Tiepolo, and you can also see 3 albums of illustrations known as “Fasti Veneziani”, by Giovanni Antonio Guardi. Palazzo Cini is in Campo San Vivo, near Accademia’s Bridge and you can reach it easily by steamboat line 1 and 2. The ticket price is 10€ or 8€ reduced. It is open from 10 to 19, Tuesday is closed.
