"Jackson Pollock" at Peggy Guggenheim Collection

The exposition wants to show to the public the painting restored and reborn with its original colors. For this reason the masterpiece will be showed without any case, allowing to notice its particular tridimensionality. The visitor will be guided in a unique and fascinate voyage to the history of the painting, from the composition to the restoration, thanks to the multimedia installation that will show original aspects of Jackson Pollock's art, in particular his innovation with traditional techniques. 

"Jackson Pollock - Viaggio all'interno della materia" is the first of four dates with Pollock's art, proposed by the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and curated by Luciano Buemi and Roberto Bellucci.
