Rudolf Stingel at Palazzo Grassi: not to be missed!!!

The exhibition dedicated to Rudolf Stingel will remain open until December 31, 2013.
The artist was invited by Francois Pinault to conceive in absolute freedom the exhibition spaces, for the first time ever involve the entirety of the building!!!

The Palace, overlooking the Grand Canal, was fully "clothed" internally by a rug printed with Oriental motif.

This is a feature of searching by Rudolf Stingel, whose installations have always been made to the relationship between the exhibition space and artistic intervention.

This "dress" enhances more than thirty paintings, some coming from the Pinault collection, others owned by the artist and others from international collections.
An exhibition worthy of Palazzo Grassi and Francois Pinault name !!!
